Email Redesign and Code Refresh
Using data and statistics, I was able to show that our audience was reading emails on mobile devices 25-50% of the time. Therefore, I successfully educated executives and marketing leaders on the benefits of responsive design and redeveloped our communications accordingly to meet our clients where they used us the most.

Also developed a style guide and standard set of templates to quickly and efficiently build emails.

Optimize 2015
I created and developed a year long plan for global testing of our outbound communications. Testing topics we're organized monthly for the first half of the year. During the second half of the year, we narrowed our focus on emails that needed closer attention.

Wireframes and Snippets
In an attempt to make our emails easier to create and to build, I created a set of 5 wireframes and 50+ snippets for developers (and non-developers) to add to emails within our system. Each of these snippets is created to fulfill brand guidelines and they are also responsive. I've also created documentation and a guidebook to our library. Travelled internationally to train users on the system.

Conference Presenter
I had an amazing opportunity to speak at The Email Design Conference 2015 from Litmus. My session included:

  • The action steps I took to streamline email development.
  • What a team of any size can learn from a large global organization.
  • Methods for establishing yourself as the subject matter expert for email.
  • What you should do on Monday when you're back from the conference.
